Cherokee County School Board members regularly visit schools for tours with the Superintendent of Schools, members of his staff, and the school’s Principal and administrative team.  This month, the visit was to Tippens Education Center, where they learned from Principal Kim Barger about efforts to support their students’ special needs and the goal of transitioning back to their former school, and enjoyed a School Nutrition lunch from the cafeteria with Ms. Barger, Assistant Principal Wes Satterfield and CCSD Counselor of the Year Kelly Schalliol, who works at Tippens. #CCSDfam #CCSDunited
