Thank you again for all the time and effort you have given to help your child learn during this unprecedented time! We appreciate YOU!
Our Superintendent has given us a window to collect/return student items.
- Tuesday, May 19th - (12-4pm)
- Thursday, May 21st – (9-1pm)
Before these dates, teachers will pack each student’s belongings in a bag labeled with the student’s name.
In order to keep everyone safe during item drop off and collection, we will follow normal afternoon carpool lines into the parking lot, forming 2 lines and stopping at the Kindergarten side walkway. NO ONE MAY EXIT VEHICLES at any time. Please have car tags visible. If you do not have a car tag, please use a sheet of paper to place in your window to show your child’s name. Staff members will be coming by with carts to collect library/class books and technology. If you owe money for meal charges, please online. However, if you owe a balance for ASP, you are welcome to pay online or bring a check or cash the day you come. (If you currently have an ASP balance, Ms. Vicki will send you an email this week.)
When directed by a staff member, cars will drive to the front to collect student items. Please do not pull out to pass another car in the front until you are directed.
School pictures have arrived, so if you ordered a package for your child, it will be included with his/her belongings. If yearbooks arrive in time, they will also be included in student pick-up bags. If yearbooks do not arrive in time, they will be held until fall. Medications will be returned from the clinic at this time, as well; a parent may pick up medications for his/her child only and will be brought a release form to sign. Any items, including medications, not picked up on these designated dates will be discarded.
We encourage you to come on Tuesday, May 19th, as we will have more staff members on campus to assist. It will certainly bless us to see our kids, even if it is at a distance. We miss you!
