Announcements for March 31st
CONGRATS to the Lady Knights Lacrosse team for their HUGE Region victory over Etowah last night. Down 1 with :3 seconds to go, Kaitlyn Manderano found the back of the cage to send the game into Sudden Victory Overtime at 12-12. The two teams held each other scoreless in the first overtime session. However, with about a minute to go in the second overtime session, Sophomore Kayla Cleaveland took the ball from down low and rolled the crease and found the back corner of the net for the Game Winner making the final 13-12. The JV Knights helped to complete the sweep of the Eagles with a 13-3 victory of their own. That brings us to last night’s FAN OF THE GAME…CONGRATS Coach Greg Dirst. For being named Fan of the Game, you will receive an autographed picture of your college football teammate Pop Warner. Congrats Coach Dirst!
